This new application will give simmers ability to connect each others while they are flying (or not). "SimStop will encourage real meetings in local groups".
A first interface has been presented, a small radio, used to connect with other people (see picture).
Simmers will be able to see other friends position and views (if they are in FS).
SimStop Connect might become a formidable tool to train your friends, to teach them how to fly or just to keep in touch. On some networks (VATSIM/IVAO...) or among virtual airlines for instance, this tool should be very much appreciated. The developers of SimStop insist that is not (just) a social network.
The project is still in its early beta stage and the team is beeing formed at this moment.
