Airdailyx was expecting an "April congestion". It finally happened along the last two weeks.
Short study about downloads launches, sceneries and aircrafts only (no updates, no bundles, no boxes).
In last april, we have counted 18 sceneries launches :
April 2011 : 3 for FS9, 8 for FSX and 7 for both formats = 18
April 2010 ; 1 for FS9, 6 for FSX and 1 for both formats = 08
Now, about aircrafts creations (all categories), we observe a lighter growth ;
April 2011 : 3 new products for FS9, 4 for FSX and 3 for both formats = 10
April 2010 : 2 new products for FS9, 5 for FSX and 2 for both formats = 09
This april boost is probably even better than these scores, as we still need to record
all designers owning small webshops (this is a new trend, for instance ; Carenado now launchs his aircrafts on his own and wait a couple of weeks before a wider distribution )
