C-17 Globemaster : hot test

FS9 and FSX.  Area51 is a young designer from Hong-Kong, in China. The team already developed the C-5M Super Galaxy and other military aircrafts as the MH-47 and the spy aircraft U-2S.

Included in the product :
2D panel, VC panel and several 2D panels for frequencies, overhead, displays,
and even a working FMC with main functions.
No specific restriction : C-17 Globemaster is compatible with FSX SP2/Acceleration and FS9.

Cinematics included : landing gear, flaps, spoilers, front left door, cargo door,
parachute effect and reverse thrust.

The bad :

* As we write this article, Area51 did not include any manual. Difficult to get every buttons and try a start from a cold and dark status.
* Price a bit expensive for this kind of product although there is an extensive work here.
* On the main board, characters visibility too low.
* Flight model to be improved (might require re-settings of joysticks/yokes for higher realism).

The good :

* A very complete aircraft, great virtual cockpit with pilot and co seat positions, 65 % of buttons are working, great MCP and displays.
* High definition textures of external and inside aircraft.
* Fmc and HUD additions.
