To be an amateur or not to be ?

FS9 and FSX. Airdailyx has decided to stop following SunSkyjet KPHL FSX and John Gabbert's Vancouver../.
It's not an easy decision but i think that amateurs cannot drive long-term AND heavy projects. A professionnal team can work 6, 9, 12 months and more on a project but an amateur - even a really commited one - will not be able to achieve his work. That is opening out to a lot of disappointments from everybody. Let's be clear. Amateurs have totally the right to develop a heavy airport but if so, they shouldn't (on my point of view) start an offensive communication. I am definitely convinced that we shall let these projects to professionals. And it's really not logical when an amateur start a huge project if its his first one... Sincerely yours,
Dom  Mason

* There is a precedent. The KSLC airport FS9 project has never been released - without any explanation.

There is a strong possibility that Vancouver - or Philadephia  - will eventually not be released, neither.

John Gabbert's Vancouver amazing project.
